Skydiving is one of the most thrilling experiences one could ever have. And just like any other adrenalin-rushing activity, one must take time in preparing for a sky dive before actually doing so.
First of all, if this is your first time sky diving, you will be given a lecture about the sport that would last for at least 4 hours. You have to learn and understand all the things that you must do while you are up there, and what the procedures are that must be done in order to land safely.
Aside from that, you will also get to try on the skydiving outfit and other equipment that can weigh as much as 35 pounds. You will be taught how to maneuver the canopy, open the parachute, and a lot more that you must remember, because these are the things that will save your life once you have jumped out of the plane.
Lastly, you must hand yourself over to a doctor before skydiving. This is to find out if you have any health conditions that might prevent you from sky diving. Pregnant women, people suffering from heart disease, those with asthma and the like, are usually not allowed to sky dive. Preparing to Skydive
